any individual designer or studio may apply to become a creator on supply. we review all applications to ensure alignment with our curatorial standards. acceptance is at our discretion, but we commit to providing written feedback to all applicants we decline.

you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to participate as a creator.

you retain full, exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights in every work you submit to supply. this is non negotiable and cannot be waived or modified by any other provision of this agreement.

specifically:

• supply acquires no ownership interest in your work, ever.
• supply cannot sell, transfer, or sublicense your work to third parties.
• if supply ceases operations, all rights revert entirely to you with no conditions.
• supply cannot use your work in any context beyond operating the field without your explicit written consent.

you grant supply a limited, non exclusive, revocable license solely to display, reproduce, and promote your work for the purpose of listing and selling it on the platform. this license terminates immediately if you remove your work or close your account.

you earn 80% of the gross sale price on every transaction involving your work. this rate is fixed in this agreement and cannot be reduced without your written consent. supply retains 20% as a platform fee to cover hosting, payment processing, customer support, and curation.

royalties are perpetual. there are no time limits, no expiry dates, and no buyout provisions. as long as your work is listed and selling, you earn.

if supply introduces a promotional discount on your work, the royalty is calculated on the discounted price. supply will not apply discounts greater than 30% without your prior consent.

earnings accumulate in your creator dashboard in real time. payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all earnings from the prior calendar month, subject to a minimum threshold of $25.00 usd. earnings below the threshold roll over to the following month.

payouts are made via bank transfer or other methods we support at the time of payout. you are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

supply will issue earnings statements for each payout period. you are responsible for reporting income in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

all submitted work must be original, human authored, and owned by you. ai generated content is banned from supply with no exceptions. we believe that human made art deserves to exist at a premium. we will not compromise that standard.

we reserve the right to remove work that violates these standards, with written notice and a 7 day opportunity to remedy the issue before removal.

you may remove any of your work from supply at any time. removal will not affect royalties owed on sales that occurred prior to removal. buyers who purchased your work before removal retain their license.

you may close your creator account at any time. any outstanding earnings will be paid out within 30 days of account closure.

supply may terminate a creator account for material breach of this agreement, with 14 days written notice and an opportunity to cure. in the event of termination, all outstanding earnings will be paid out within 30 days.

we prefer to resolve disputes directly. if you have a concern about royalties, content removal, or any other matter, please contact us first. if we cannot resolve the matter within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the american arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

we will not reduce your royalty rate or materially diminish your rights without your explicit written consent. for other changes, we will provide 60 days written notice. if you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and receive all outstanding earnings.
