submission policy

last updated april 2026

overview

supply is a curated field for original graphic design packs made by independent creators, studios, and collectives. all work must be original, owned outright by the submitting party, and consistent with the supply aesthetic standard.

this policy governs what we accept, how we review it, and what happens after a decision is made. read it fully before submitting.

who can submit

any individual creator, studio, or collective may submit a pack for consideration. you do not need to be an approved supply creator to submit. the submission form is the first step in the creator onboarding process.

you must be the sole legal owner of all submitted work. work created under employment contracts, client work for hire, or collaborative projects with unresolved ip ownership may not be submitted without written confirmation of full ownership rights.

what we accept

supply accepts graphic design packs that meet the following criteria:

  • ·original artwork only. no stock libraries, ai generated assets, traced or derivative work from copyrighted sources, or remixed commercial fonts without appropriate licensing.
  • ·minimum 25 elements per pack. elements must be cohesive in style, consistent in quality, and presented at production ready resolution.
  • ·vector first. primary deliverables must include at least one vector format (ai, eps, svg, or pdf). raster assets (png, jpg) are accepted as supplementary.
  • ·file naming must follow supply conventions. see the creator guide for the full naming specification.
  • ·preview images are required. minimum one cover image (3000x2000px) and three element preview images (2000x2000px). all previews must be in the supply visual language: cream or ink background, supply typeface, no decorative frames or drop shadows.

what we do not accept

the following will result in immediate rejection without review:

  • ·work that includes unlicensed third party intellectual property (fonts, logos, characters, photographs, textures).
  • ·ai generated artwork or artwork that incorporates ai generated elements, including ai upscaled raster assets. this is an absolute ban with no exceptions.
  • ·packs with fewer than 25 elements or packs where elements are not cohesively related.
  • ·work that has been previously published for sale on another field without written confirmation that the license is non exclusive and the work is available for distribution on supply.
  • ·work that contains offensive, discriminatory, or harmful imagery.
  • ·packs that do not meet the minimum preview image requirements.

our position on ai generated art

supply does not accept ai generated artwork. not now. not ever. this is not a policy that will change with the technology. it is a founding principle of this platform.

we believe that human made art deserves to exist at a premium. we believe that the people who trained ai systems on the work of artists without consent or compensation created a harm that the art community is still reckoning with. supply exists in direct response to that harm.

work found to contain ai generated elements will be removed immediately. the creator account will be reviewed and may be permanently banned. we take this seriously because the artists who list here take it seriously.

the review process

all submissions are reviewed by the supply editorial team. the review process typically takes 5 to 10 business days from receipt of a complete submission.

we evaluate submissions on the following criteria: originality, technical quality, aesthetic coherence, commercial viability, and fit with the supply catalogue.

you will receive an email notification when a decision has been made. if your submission is approved, you will be invited to complete the creator onboarding process. if rejected, you will receive specific feedback on why the pack did not meet our standards.

we do not provide pre submission feedback or preliminary reviews. submit only when the work is complete and production ready.

revisions and resubmission

if your submission is rejected, you may resubmit a revised version after 30 days. resubmissions must address the specific feedback provided in the rejection notice. resubmissions that do not address the stated issues will be rejected without further review.

you may not resubmit the same pack more than three times. after three rejections, that specific pack is permanently ineligible for the supply catalogue.

intellectual property

by submitting a pack to supply, you confirm that you are the sole legal owner of all submitted work and that the work does not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights.

submission does not transfer ownership of your work to supply. if your pack is approved and listed, you grant supply a non exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute the pack through the supply platform under the terms of the license tier selected at listing.

supply reserves the right to remove any pack from the catalogue at any time if it is found to infringe on third party rights, regardless of when the infringement is discovered.

royalties and pricing

supply operates on a royalty share model. creators receive a percentage of each sale based on the license tier purchased. current royalty rates are:

  • ·all license tiers: 80% to creator, 20% to supply
  • ·this rate applies to personal, student, editorial, commercial, extended commercial, and exclusive licenses equally

base pricing is set by the creator at the time of listing. supply applies license tier multipliers to the base price. supply reserves the right to adjust platform fees with 30 days notice to creators.

payouts are processed monthly for balances over $25. payouts below $25 roll over to the following month.

exclusivity

supply does not require exclusivity by default. you may sell your packs on other platforms simultaneously, provided that the license terms on those platforms are non exclusive.

if a buyer purchases an exclusive license through supply, the pack will be removed from sale for the duration of the exclusivity period. exclusive licenses are priced at a minimum of 10x the base price and are subject to a minimum 12 month exclusivity term.

you may not offer exclusive licenses for the same pack on multiple platforms simultaneously.

conduct and termination

supply reserves the right to terminate creator accounts and remove all associated packs from the catalogue if a creator is found to have submitted fraudulent work, misrepresented ownership, engaged in abusive conduct toward supply staff or other creators, or violated any provision of this policy or the creator agreement.

termination does not affect the rights of buyers who have already purchased licenses for your packs.

changes to this policy

supply reserves the right to update this submission policy at any time. changes will be communicated to active creators via email with 14 days notice. continued use of the supply platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

questions about this policy may be directed to the supply editorial team via the contact form on this site.
