1. about supply

supply is a curated field for graphic resources operated by intents & purposes. we connect independent designers with buyers who value craft and intention. these terms govern your use of the platform as a buyer, creator, or visitor.

by accessing or using supply, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. accounts

you must provide accurate information when creating an account. you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. we reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

creator accounts are subject to additional review. we reserve the right to decline or revoke creator status at our discretion, with written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy any issues.

3. purchases and digital downloads

all sales are final unless the delivered files are materially different from what was described. digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. you may download purchased files up to five times within 12 months of purchase.

prices are listed in usd. we do not currently offer refunds for completed digital downloads except where required by applicable law or where the product is demonstrably defective.

4. licenses granted to buyers

unless otherwise stated on a product page, purchasing a pack grants you a non exclusive, non transferable, worldwide license to use the included assets for personal and commercial projects. this license includes:

  • use in client work, advertising, and commercial publications
  • use in digital and print media
  • modification and adaptation of assets for your projects

this license does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the original or modified assets as standalone files, templates, or design resources. the creator retains all intellectual property rights.

5. creator responsibilities

by listing a product on supply, you confirm that you are the sole author and rights holder of all submitted work, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions. you grant supply a limited, non exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote your work for the purpose of operating the field.

you retain full ownership of your intellectual property at all times. supply does not claim any ownership over your work. see the creator agreement for full terms governing creator participation, royalties, and payouts.

6. prohibited content

you may not submit or sell content that:

  • infringes any third party intellectual property right
  • contains defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory material
  • depicts or promotes illegal activity
  • was generated by ai tools. ai generated artwork is banned from supply with no exceptions
  • is a derivative of another creator's work without explicit permission

7. platform fees and royalties

supply retains a platform fee of 20% on each sale. creators receive 80% of the sale price as a royalty. royalties are perpetual. creators continue to earn on every future sale of their work, indefinitely.

payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods are detailed in the creator agreement. supply reserves the right to adjust the platform fee with 60 days written notice to affected creators.

8. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, supply and intents and purposes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which intents & purposes is registered. any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

10. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
